Snowboarding is easy

A few months ago, i learnt how to snowboard. The local dry ski slope had me doing S turns after only 4 sessions!
It really is amazing how quickly you pick up snowboarding. However i did have a slight advantage, as i skateboard quite a bit. It's amazing how some of your skateboard skills translate into snowboarding. 
The snowboarding lessons i took part in consisted of 4 x 1.5 hour sessions. The cost, which i think is excellent value, was £60.
The next step is joining the snowboarding improvers course. Of course my ultimate dream is becoming a pro. That's not easy to do the UK, though. Snowboarding equipment is very expensive. My tip is to keep an eye out for snowboard clothing sales online. I noticed that after the snowboarding season finishes there's sales everywhere, with sometimes 50% off kit. Of course it's too early for me consider buying some gear just yet, but one can dream!
